Initially, Health Camp's primary focus was on serving frozen custard but was later expanded to include a wider range of food options, including burgers, hot dogs, and homemade onion rings, both at the mobile stand and the permanent restaurant, with the aim of increasing profitability.

Tom's Burgers was opened in 1991 in Waco, TX. It quickly gained traction for its delicious burgers, mouth watering sides, and relaxed environment. In 2000 Owner David Corbitt bought the franchise and has been carrying on the burger legacy for over 20 years.
